✓ Original Characters, Fanart, Gijinka, Real People [Stylized]
✕ Furries, NSFW, Extreme Gore, Realism, Mecha, Discrimination to any kind
General
• Client must send a reference of the character or person that needs to be drawn. Descriptive references may be charged extra
• Heavy detailed clothing or design may be charged extra [10$ at most]
• I do NOT take rush orders
• All communication will be through via email and/or preferred Social
• Client may not trace, edit, or claim commission as their own
• If you have any questions about the personal usage or commercial usage please let me know
• By commissioning me you agree to these terms of service
Payment
• Returning client gets 10% off the next commission
• Payment will be via Paypal invoice [All Prices are in USD]
• Commission will be started after full payment
• I will NOT do any refunds after the sketch
• You are able to cancel the commission if it hasn't been started
• Please send payment within 72 hours
Artist Rights
• I reserve the right to post any commission [all will not be posted]
• I reserve the right to decline any commission for any reason
• If the commission is a gift I will wait until accordingly to post it
• I reserve the right to use your commission as future examples for catalogue
Process
• Commission may take me a week up to a month
• I will send you the sketch when It's finished. Please make major adjustments at this time
• I am able to send progress at any time although it may not be inmidiate
• I will send WIPS at every stage [sketch, lineart, base, background WIP etc]
• Once commission is finished, I will email you the high resolution PNG
• Vtuber models will be sent a PSD file
Vtuber Notes
• I will send you a rig-ready PSD file
• If you want me to cut the character in a certain way please let me know before I start the commission
• If I mess up the cutting of the character, the RIGGER has to let me know what's wrong with it. No fees will be made by this
• Live2D models are already reserved as commercial use. Fees bellow does not apply
• Do not claim that you drew the model or anyone else did
• You must credit me as your model artist in the bio of your streaming platform
Usage
PERSONAL USAGE
• Personal usage includes: banners, profile pictures, posting commission, and desktop/phone wallpaper
• You are able to print the commission for you only
COMMERCIAL USAGE
• Commercial usage includes:
• Twitch usage = $15 fee
•Social media branding [Promotional usage, album covers, youtube usage, etc]
• Commercial will be 2x the original price
• You may not claim ownership of commission
• Merchandise branding is 3x the original price [stickers, charm, and prints]
